We take great pride in producing high-quality business cards and printing products, crafted to meet your unique branding needs. Because all our products are custom-made to order, we have a specific Refund & Return Policy in place to ensure fairness and transparency for both parties.
By placing an order with us or subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Return Policy.a
Due to the personalized and customized nature of our printed products (e.g., business cards featuring user-provided artwork, logos, and business details), we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference once the product has been printed.
We encourage all customers to carefully review and approve their design proof before finalizing their order.
We will gladly offer a reprint or refund under the following conditions:
Incorrect colors or materials (not matching the approved proof)
Typographical errors or design shifts not present in the approved file
Poor cutting, smudging, or production damage
Products that arrive bent, torn, soaked, or unusable due to shipping damage (must be reported within 7 days of delivery)
To qualify:
You must submit a written claim to our support team within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
Include clear photographs of the issue and your order number.
If the issue is verified to be our fault, we will:
Offer a free reprint of the affected product, or
Issue a full or partial refund (depending on the nature and extent of the issue), or
Provide store credit if preferred
The following scenarios do not qualify for returns or refunds:
Errors in spelling, punctuation, or content approved by the customer during the proofing process
Color inconsistencies due to monitor vs. print variation (minor discrepancies)
Incorrect artwork or design uploaded by the customer
Customer dissatisfaction with paper feel, thickness, or finish if consistent with what was ordered
Delivery delays caused by third-party courier services, natural disasters, or incorrect shipping details entered by the customer
Issues reported after 7 days of delivery
All Walmarty subscription plans (Basic, Pro, and Business Pro) are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent further billing, but:
No partial refunds will be issued for unused time or benefits during an active subscription month.
Annual subscribers are not eligible for prorated refunds after the 14-day initial cancellation period.
If a billing error occurs or a technical issue prevents access to subscription benefits, please contact us for resolution.
You may cancel your order before production begins (usually within 1–2 hours of placing the order). To request cancellation:

Once your design has been approved and the order is in production, cancellations are not permitted.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
Store credits, when offered, will be available immediately in your Walmarty account.
